Bernard grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, and graduated from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, with a degree in business and a minor in accounting. He owned a convenience store in the Shreveport area for 12 years, moved to Little Rock in 1988, and started ServiceMaster Twin Cities. Bernard is married to his wife of 37 years, Beverly, who is the office manager.
Beverly Wait is the Office Manager for ServiceMaster Twin Cities. She has over 25 years of experience working in the business, managing the company finances, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Beverly grew up in Little Rock and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ouachita Baptist University. She and Bernard married in 1981. They have three adult children and three grandchildren.
Stephen grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, and is the youngest son of Bernard and Beverly. Stephen graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in business administration with a focus in small business entrepreneurship. He has worked full time at ServiceMaster since June of 2013. When he isn’t working, Stephen enjoys reading or spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking.
John grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, and graduated from John Brown University with a degree in organizational management. John is married to Rachel, Bernard and Beverly’s daughter, and they have three “fur children.”
James grew up in the Little Rock area. He has been with the company for 20 years. James is married to Peggie, and they have two children and two grandchildren.
Beginning as a housekeeping supervisor with Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Carolyn spent several years as a clinic receptionist and an operations manager of housekeeping at healthcare organizations. After retiring, Carolyn joined us as a part-time supervisor in 2012.
